Lorina Stephens has four novels, two collections, and three non-fiction books in publication, and her short fiction has appeared in magazines and anthologies throughout North America. Her most recent novel, Dreams of the Moon, was published by Five Rivers Publishing (2018). She';s also an artist, primarily in watercolour, and her paintings hang in private and public collections. Lorina has also worked as a journalist, ghost-writer, editor, and publisher. When not pursuing those endeavours, Lorina enjoys getting her hands dirty in the garden of a 150-year-old stone house being lovingly restored in the bucolic hills of mid-Western Ontario.

Author Geoff Ryman has received multiple awards for his many works, including the World Fantasy Award, two Arthur C. Clarke Awards, a Philip K. Dick Award, a John W. Campbell Award, a Nebula, and a Sunburst. His most recent novel, HIM, was shortlisted for the 2023 British Science Fiction Association Award. His partner for fifty years was the distinguished scholar of ancient Languages J. D. Hawkins with whom he spent much time in Turkiye and Syria. He has retired from almost everything except possibly reading for the Sunburst Awards.

Natalee Caple is author of nine books of poetry and fiction and co-editor of two anthologies. Her third book of poetry, Love in the Chthulucene (Cthulhucene), was published by Wolsak and Wynn (2019). Her most recent novel, In Calamity’s Wake, was published by HarperCollins (Canada, 2013) and Bloomsbury (U.S., 2014) and in French by Boréal. Natalee has been nominated for the KM Hunter Award, the RBC Bronwen Wallace Award, the Gerald Lampert Memorial Award, the ReLit Award, and the international Walter Scott Prize for Historical Fiction. She is currently an associate professor of Creative Writing and Canadian Literature at Brock University.
